We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist/Waiter/Housekeeper to join our dynamic team at Hilton Lima Miraflores. This versatile position will involve providing exceptional service in both the front desk and dining areas of the hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests checking in, as well as providing friendly and attentive service in the restaurant or bar. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure check-in/check-out procedures are completed smoothly.
Manage reservations, process payments, and handle guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Maintain guest records and accurately update information in the hotel system.
Provide guests with relevant information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Resolve guest complaints or issues quickly and professionally, escalating the case to management when necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all guests receive a welcoming first impression.

As a waiter/waitress:

Provide excellent food and beverage service in the hotel dining room, restaurant, or bar.
Take customer orders and accurately relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Ensure food and beverages are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
Answer any menu questions, make recommendations, and accommodate guests’ dietary needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment accurately.

Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service position (hotel, restaurant or similar) is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in the use of computer systems, reservation software, or POS systems.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.

Personality:

A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage guest expectations.
Team player with a positive attitude.
