Our client builds AI-powered growth and automation systems for commercial insurance brokerage firms in the US. They implement practical AI tools that drive lead generation and operational efficiency.
About the role
We are looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant for AI powered system projects (1 to several weeks), with the possibility of long-term full-time collaboration. The ideal candidate is a Tech-Savvy who thinks in systems, understands business processes, and can implement user-friendly AI tools to solve real business problems.
This is NOT a developer role.
This is a systems implementation and AI tools execution role.
You will act as a bridge between business needs and AI tools — a “matchmaker” who understands how to connect problems with existing automation solutions.
What You’ll Do
Implement AI automation systems (no coding required).
Set up outbound lead generation systems (domains, inboxes, email tools like Instantly).
Scrape and organize lead data.
Configure cold email sequences.
Follow SOPs and deploy technical setups accurately.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize.
Troubleshoot system issues.
What We’re Looking For
Strong or advanced English (mandatory).
Experience as a Tech VA / Automation VA / Ops VA.
Comfortable with AI tools and SaaS platforms.
Systems thinker (understands how tools integrate).
Detail-oriented and data-driven.
Independent and solution-focused.
Equipment Requirements
i5 (10th gen+) / Ryzen 5+ / Apple M1 or higher.
16GB RAM recommended (8GB minimum).
Windows 10/11 or macOS Monterey+.
Minimum 50 Mbps download (100 Mbps recommended).
USB noise-canceling headset.
Stable workspace.
