OCC247 trains and provides agile agents for its clients in order to give the best customer experience.
Our mission:
Your position is an internal position. We are looking for a business developer based in Lima to develop the company client portfolio in the US, through a 1200 prospects database.
This job position includes outgoing calls, emails, scheduled meetings and prospects follow-up.
Responsibilities:
-Contact prospect to present our outsourced solution for an account manager position.
-Follow-up using the tool Odoo.
-Schedule meetings for the sales team.
-Collect information about leads, and qualify them in the internal CRM tool.
-Convert your contact to a meeting with the executive team or contract with the prospect.
-Orientate your interlocutor to the right product/offer.
Qualifications :
-Fluent in English with a good US accent or native English Speaker (a recording and written proficiency test will be requested before the interview).
-Great commercial skill,
-The profile researched must like to be challenged
-Great spirit of initiative, you must be able to share ideas of improvement or listen to your intuition to convert contact into contract/meeting.
-Experience in sales for 2 years is a big plus.
-Speaking a good level in french will open many opportunities in the company.
Other details :
Contract length: 1 month renewable.
-Starting date: beginning of September 2021
-Full time contract
-Salary S/.2000 up to S/.4000 and more per month, based on lead conversion.
