We are currently hiring Customer Service Operators (Gaming Services Coordinators) to join our remote operations team and support gamers from around the world.

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Operator, you will manage customer communication, coordinate gaming service orders, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for every client. This role combines live chat customer support, order coordination, and internal communication in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle live chat conversations with customers in a professional and friendly manner
– Assist customers in selecting the correct gaming services and completing purchases
– Assign orders to service providers (boosters) and track order progress
– Communicate with providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
– Resolve customer questions, complaints, refunds, and order issues
– Monitor active orders and update customers when needed
– Coordinate with internal quality control and management teams
– Recruit new service providers when necessary
– Track competitor pricing and report relevant market insights
– Maintain accurate internal documentation and reports
– Work structured 6-hour shifts while meeting performance expectations

Payment & Compensation Structure:

Training & Early Studying Phase:
– $200 total
– Paid for the first 14–20 days of studying and training

First Phase (Junior Operator):
– $400–$700
– Paid during the first 30–60 days after training

Second Phase (Member):
– $600–$1200
– Paid monthly during the following months based on performance

Third Phase (Autonomous Operator):
– $800–$1500
– Increased responsibility and higher earning potential

Management Roles:
– Manager positions start at $1400+
– Available through internal promotion only

Requirements:
– Strong written English communication skills (clear and professional)
– Fast and accurate typing speed (50+ WPM preferred)
– Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure
– Interest in video games and online gaming communities
– Willingness to learn in-game services (no high-level gameplay skill required)
– Reliable PC or laptop and stable internet connection
– Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required
– Self-discipline and reliability in a fully remote work environment

Preferred (Not Required):
– Previous customer service or live chat support experience
– Familiarity with games such as World of Warcraft, Destiny 2, or similar titles
– Ability to speak additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Italian)
– Experience working with Discord or online team tools
