OCC247 is an International Company with offices in France, Belgium, the US, and Peru; looking for a Lead Generator Specialist to represent a real estate company toward its customers.
Responsibilities:
Call clients to verify information previously provided (no cold-calling)
Convert your leads into appointments.
Orientate the clients to the right interlocutor.
Qualifications:
Bilingual / Advanced English
Great communication skills,
Able to follow procedures and policies as established by the company.
The profile researched must like to be challenged
Experience in sales or customer service for 2 years is a big plus.
Other details:
Salary the first 3 months: S/.2200 + bonuses (As freelance)
Salary after 3 months: S/.2450 + bonuses (In planilla)
Contract length: 3 months renewable.
Starting date: ASAP (next training session will start on Monday 11th of December).
Full-time contract
40hrs per week (working hours)
Available schedules:
– From Tuesday to Saturday
– From Sunday to Thursday
– From Thursday to Monday
– From Monday to Friday (from 11am to 8pm)
– Opening hours: From 7 am to 10 pm
Furniture needed for home office:
At least an i3 processor
At least 8 gig Ram
Windows 10 or higher (Mac is not supported)
