About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent with strong Sabre GDS expertise to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in travel reservations and customer support, combined with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for growth and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage travel bookings, reservations, and ticketing using Sabre GDS.
– Handle flight, hotel, and travel service arrangements efficiently and accurately.
– Assist clients via phone, email, and chat.
– Create and manage new bookings using Sabre and other booking platforms.
– Ensure accuracy in all reservations, itineraries, and travel documents.
Requirements
– At least 2 years of recent experience (within the last 3–4 years) in the travel industry.
– Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Sabre GDS.
– Solid background in travel reservations, ticketing, and customer support.
– Intermediate, conversational English (mandatory).
– Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk).
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Excellent attention to detail.
What We Offer
– Fully remote position.
– 1 month freelance, with the possibility to join payroll afterward.
– S/ 2,400 fixed monthly salary + up to S/ 400 performance bonuses.
– Possibility of extra benefits after 1 year of work.
– Monday to Friday schedule: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Peru Time).
